This is a listing of how GreenNet has chosen to name their FAQ articles.

Every article starts with the letter "q" and is an 9 digit number 
All questions where the first number is a "0" are classified as general questions, another words, these are questions asked frequently by our customers that do not fit exactly into our other two main categories. You can also tell these questions by the triple 9's in the 4th, 5th and 6th digit which is usually the version number on normal questions.

All other 9 digit numbers are articles that we have created for that specific platform, type of client, maker of the client and version of that client.  

In all questions the last 3 digits of the name are the FAQ number.
